Papuaaround.com – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned the President Director of PT RDG Airlines, Gibrael Isaak, to testify as a witness in an alleged corruption case involving the Papua Provincial Government. The examination took place on Monday at the KPK’s Red and White Building.
“KPK conducted the questioning at the Red and White Building,” said KPK spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto in a statement on Monday.
Isaak’s testimony is related to allegations of bribery involving operational support funds and service improvement programs for the Governor and Deputy Governor of Papua. His summons follows a series of examinations conducted by KPK regarding this case.
Previous Investigations
Prior to Isaak’s questioning, KPK had summoned Papua’s Acting Governor, Ridwan Rumasukun, for questioning on December 11, 2024. Investigators also examined two other witnesses: Lusiana Samaya, the Financial Administration Officer of the Papua Provincial Secretariat, and Woro Pujiastuti, the Provincial Expenditure Treasurer. Both individuals testified on December 13, 2024.
“All witnesses attended the questioning,” Sugiarto confirmed.
