Jayawijaya Mountains

PAPUAAROUND – Jayawijaya Mountains is the name of a mountain range that stretches widely in Papua Province, Indonesia. Known as the highest mountain and the only place in Indonesia that is snowy. The highest peak is Puncak Jaya (4,884 masl). In addition to Puncak Jaya, the Jayawijaya Mountains have several other lower peaks, including:

  1. Mandala Peak 4,760 masl
