The farewell ceremony took place at the Krueng Geukueh Public Port, Tambon Baroh Village, Dewantara Sub-district, North Aceh District, within the operational area of Korem 011/Lilawangsa on Monday, May 5, 2025. The ceremony was led by the Deputy Commander of Kodam IM, Brigadier General Ayi Supriatna, and was attended by several important figures, including Colonel Inf Ali Imran, the Commander of Korem 011/Lilawangsa, and Lt. Col. Dimar Bahtera, the Deputy Commander of Brigif 25/Siwah, among others.

In his address, the Commanding General of Kodam IM, Major General Niko Fahrizal, conveyed through Brigadier General Supriatna that the soldiers must be prepared for assignments at any time and in any location. “Operational assignments in the military are a common part of service, as they help expand knowledge and experience, making the soldiers more professional and skilled,” he emphasized.

He further expressed his pride in the personnel being entrusted with this important mission. “The task of serving in the Satgas Pamtas RI-PNG Mobile is an honor, as the country has trusted you with this military responsibility,” the general stated. “I am confident that with determination, sincerity, and the professionalism of the soldiers, this mission will be successfully completed.”

General Fahrizal also conveyed his hopes for the safety and well-being of the personnel. “I hope that all personnel and equipment will depart and return safely and intact,” he added.

The soldiers are being deployed aboard the KRI Teluk Paluk 523 vessel. “My message is to apply the training they have received, and adapt to the local environment. Success is not only measured by the mission’s completion but also by our ability to reintegrate our brothers and sisters back into the fold of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI),” he stated.

Meanwhile, the Vice Regent of Bireuen, Razuardi, expressed pride in seeing the departure of the Yonif 113/Jaya Sakti soldiers. “We hope that they successfully complete their national duties and return home safe and healthy, as we and their families are praying for their safety,” he concluded.
